About the role
The Senior Brand Manager will lead the strategic development and commercial execution for a key Naterra product line. This role is responsible for driving retail velocity, managing brand health, and translating consumer and category insights into practical brand strategies.
This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, product development, and commercial execution—owning the annual planning cycle, guiding creative and marketing programs, and partnering closely with Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain to deliver results.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded brand builder who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment, leads with ownership, and brings disciplined thinking and a founder mentality to everything they do
What you'll do
- Develop key brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations for a specific product line.
- Lead annual brand planning, business reviews, and ongoing performance management.
- Identify business trends, diagnose issues, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
- Translate consumer and category insights into practical brand strategies.
- Develop and execute brand programs that support retail velocity and brand health.
- Support Sales with presentations, materials, and programs that drive sell-in and sell-through.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Creative to keep projects aligned and moving.
- Communicate effectively across different teams and functions.
- Support product development initiatives from concept through launch.
- Manage and mentor 1–2 direct reports; provide clear direction, coaching, and developmental support.
- Monitor brand performance, category trends, and competitive activity.
- Evaluate market trends and consumer behavior to identify key opportunities across consumer segments.
- Dive into data to understand what’s driving the business and where to focus next.
- Bring practical, results-oriented solutions that move the brands forward.
- Manage marketing and project budgets with discipline and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, CPG, sales, category management, or related consumer product roles.
- Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior and retail dynamics.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Experience managing projects and working cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working onsite full-time in a traditional office environment.
- Interest in personal care or consumer products is a plus.
