Location: Owensville, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (Full-time)
Pay:

• Base: $23.00–$25.00/hr (depending on experience)
• Shift Premium: +$2.50/hr
• Total 2nd Shift Rate: $25.50–$27.50/hr

As the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production by:

• Leading and supporting the CNC team on 2nd shift
• Setting up and dialing in CNC machines (mills/lathes) and other manufacturing equipment
• Training and mentoring operators
• Troubleshooting machining issues to keep production flowing
• Ensuring quality standards and production goals are met
• Working closely with production leadership for daily workflow planning

We’re searching for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and leadership. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 2+ years of CNC set-up experience
• Prior lead or supervisory experience (preferred, not required for strong candidates)
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll guide the 2nd shift manufacturing team, ensure accurate machine setups, and help maintain a productive, positive working environment. Your skill directly impacts both quality and team success.
