Position Title: Configuration/Maintenance Analyst Electronics Support
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Baltimore, MD
Employment Status: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Full-Time, M-F, core work hours are from 9:30am to 2:30pm
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Configuration/Maintenance Analyst Electronics Support to support the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Ice Breaker, Buoy, and Construction Tender Product Line (IBCTPL) in Baltimore, MD. This position is contingent upon contract award.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support the electronics (ELEX) systems onboard IBCT assets.
- Perform routine tasks associated with the transformation of Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) within the U.S. Coast Guard Fleet Logistics System - Mobile Asset Manager (FLS-MAM) and other repositories.
- Build Configuration Management (CM) sets according to developing ELEX Engineering Changes.
- Process and logically file Standard Configuration Change Form (SFLC-ESD-47 series) or equivalent.
- Update Configuration Iterns (Cls) for ELEX equipment and test equipment.
- Deploy ELEX maintenance items to the IBCT fleet.
- Research, update, and verify ELEX configuration in FLS.
- Create associated Maintenance Standards (MS) upon ELEX MPC publication release.
- Validate APL data associated with ELEX MPCs.
- Review Electronics Integrated Logistics Support data.
- Validate the maintenance section of ELEX Engineering Change drafts.
- Provide Configuration Data Management support to perform routine tasks associated with the development of configuration data within USCG IT Systems and configuration databases.
- Perform routine configuration and logistics tasks in support of ELEX equipment and systems aboard USCG cutters.
- Collect and update configuration data as applicable to engineering changes IA W current USCG SFLC EC process guide.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Security Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.
This position requires passing an extensive background check.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in configuration management (CM) or a related field
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent and accurate written communication
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
- Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
- Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
