About This Position
Willis Knighton North is seeking an experienced surgical technologist to work seamlessly with our clinical and non-clinical staff in the operating room.
We are committed to building a cohesive team that is willing to work hard, exhibits professionalism, has the ability to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
This candidate should be able to anticipate each surgical step to ensure the procedure goes as smoothly as possible for the surgeon and the patient. This institution recognizes that cumulative team experience is one of the keys to our continued growth and development.
Effective written and oral communication skills are imperative in the construction of this team. Each team member must have the willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule and work creative hours to complete the tasks in a timely and organized fashion.
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2 years surgery experience, have a consistent work history, and have a current certificate. Competitive salary and benefit package available. The team members will work closely together to “get the job done” each day.
