RAIR, LLC is seeking a skilled Lead Installation Technician to join our team of dedicated HVAC professionals. In this hands-on leadership role, youll be responsible for installing residential HVAC systems to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring precision and efficiency
Review project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate execution
Conduct system start-ups and ensure full functionality upon installation
Communicate with homeowners to explain system operation and answer questions
Maintain job site cleanliness and uphold all safety standards
Complete required documentation for each job, including installation checklists and time tracking
Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction
Uphold RAIRs standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality control
Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred
