Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Bilingual Restoration Supervisor to help lead field operations and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
This role is ideal for someone who can communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and lead by example in the field.
The right candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to balance team leadership with customer service and operational expectations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise restoration crew members on residential and commercial mitigation projects
Ensure work is completed according to company standards, safety requirements, and timelines
Communicate with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams professionally
Translate and communicate instructions clearly between English- and Spanish-speaking team members
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality workmanship, and complete job documentation
Monitor job progress, documentation, equipment usage, and material needs
Assist with training and development of technicians and team members
Participate in an on-call rotation schedule and respond to emergency service calls as needed
Respond to emergency and after-hours situations as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction supervision required
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm restoration processes preferred
Experience with documentation and job management software is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift equipment and work in active job site environments when needed
Flexibility to participate in an on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
