Location: Sarasota, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday possible rotating weekends.& evenings
Pay: Commission-based pay - Earnings average $80,000-$150,000 / Year!
$1,500 minimum guaranteed weekly no matter the call volume
*Sign on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified technicians.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems and clearly explain repair, replacement, and maintenance options
- Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and helping them make informed decisions about their home's plumbing needs
- Perform plumbing inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities to improve system performance, safety, and reliability
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water treatment systems, piping, drains, sewer lines, and related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure quality installations and repairs
- Test plumbing systems and fixtures to verify proper operation and identify leaks or deficiencies
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the service experience, providing updates, answering questions, and explaining completed work
- Accurately document inspections, recommendations, repairs, and completed work using company systems and technology
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, including company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and customer service training to continuously improve your skills and effectiveness
- Deliver a five-star customer experience while helping homeowners protect and improve one of their most valuable investments—their home
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Residential Service
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record review
- Must have your own Hand Tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
