Location: Sarasota, FL / ACREE PLUMBING AIR & ELECTRIC
Schedule: Monday-Friday possible rotating weekends & evenings based on business needs

Pay: Commission-based pay - Earnings average $80,000-$150,000 / Year! Great opportunity for TOP PERFORMERS!

$1,500 minimum guaranteed weekly no matter the call volume

*Sign on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified technicians.

• CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Greet customers with professionalism and build strong relationships.
• PROBLEM-SOLVING: Provide clear, accurate information and smart solutions.
• PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS: Work on sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines, and more.
• EXTERIOR EXCAVATION: Perform digging with hand tools and excavators.
• PROMOTE OUR BRAND: Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our stellar reputation.
• PHYSICAL TASKS: Lift up to 50lbs and perform various other physical tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
• Plan, install, and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls. These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases, or hot liquids.
• Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment
• Assemble and install valves and fittings
• Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls
• Install, repair, and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
• Install, repair, and maintain sinks, tubs, and toilets
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters and conditioners
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim
• Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
• Apply all codes to installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record review
• Must have your own Hand Tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Ability to regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
