Bilingual Recruiter at Harmony Plus LLC – Atlanta, Georgia

We are a growing staffing agency with our main office based in Miami, FL, and we are

currently expanding our operations in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter

(English/Spanish) who is proactive, organized, and passionate about talent acquisition to join

our team.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Main Office: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment for various operational positions.

Posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified

profiles.

Coordinating the hiring and onboarding processes.

Supporting employee integration and assisting with related HR matters.

Being available on call during weekends for urgent staffing needs

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish and English).

Proven experience in recruitment.

Full-time availability.

Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle).

Organized, communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – Full-time.

Weekend on call availability (as needed).

Compensation:

Base Salary: $3,500/month + Bonus
