The MSA, Technical Support is an integral part of our Technical Support team, responsible for resolving technical member issues accurately and efficiently within established workflows. This role works closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners to ensure members receive timely, high-quality support across a range of technical touchpoints.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is technically curious, eager to grow their expertise, and motivated by helping people solve real problems. MSAs in Tech Support will build deep product and system knowledge over time, with a clear path toward taking on greater technical ownership as they develop in the role.
The base salary for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and varies depending on candidate location.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Resolve technical member issues accurately and efficiently, following established escalation paths and partnering on complex cases with senior team members as needed
- Troubleshoot issues involving systems, tools, integrations, and workflow disruptions using defined processes and available resources
- Flag and document recurring issues or patterns to support team learning and broader resolution efforts
- Communicate clearly with members and internal stakeholders regarding issue status, timelines, and next steps
Knowledge & Documentation Support
- Build working knowledge of technical workflows, tools, and product functionality to support consistent, high-quality resolutions
- Contribute to the accuracy and completeness of knowledge base articles, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Surface member feedback and recurring issues to help inform documentation updates and process improvements
Real-Time Assistance (RTA)
- Participate in real-time support queues and assist with live member interactions as directed
- Follow established triage processes to route issues efficiently and minimize disruption to member experience
Quality, Monitoring & Task Work
- Participate in QA with a focus on technical accuracy, compliance, and resolution quality
- Provide Help Line coverage and assist with urgent technical or operational issues as they arise
- Support special projects, audits, and task-based work streams related to technical operations or service quality
- Technical aptitude and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience working within internal tools, platforms, or support workflows
- Comfortable following documented processes and flagging issues or gaps when encountered
- Clear communicator who can translate technical information into straightforward, member-friendly language
- Strong written communication skills with consistent execution of Function Health's brand voice
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
