Job Title: Job Placement Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Job Placement Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners to identify job opportunities.

- Assist clients in identifying their skills, interests, and career goals to match them with appropriate positions.

- Provide career counseling, resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

- Coordinate and facilitate job placement activities, including job fairs and employer meetings.

- Track client progress and employment outcomes, maintaining accurate records and reports.

- Stay informed about labor market trends and employment regulations to provide current guidance.

- Collaborate with training providers and support services to ensure clients receive comprehensive assistance.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Education or a related field.

- Proven experience in job placement, employment services, or career counseling preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of local labor market and employment resources.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
