About This Position
Title: Sales Executive – MSP
Type: Full Time
Location: Grayslake, IL
Work type: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise-level organizations
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to complex contract negotiation and closing
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, procurement, and IT decision-makers
Partner with internal technical teams to design tailored IT solutions
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience selling IT-VAR/MSP solutions, hardware/software sales, or technology services
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (preferred)
