Dental Receptionist - Mercato Dental Centre at 123Dentist – Vancouver, British Columbia

Mercato Dental Centre is looking for an experienced and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team for maternity leave coverage. The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of running a busy front desk and committed to delivering excellent patient service.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dental receptionist
• Strong knowledge of Cleardent dental software is an asset
• Full-time availability (24+ hours)
• Ability to manage all front desk duties, including scheduling, patient communication, billing, and insurance processing
• A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
