This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Services Consultant - Amazon Connect in the United States.
This role is centered on leading the full technical delivery lifecycle of advanced contact center solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial discovery through design, configuration, deployment, and go-live of cloud-based contact center environments. The position requires deep hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS services, combined with strong consulting and communication skills. You will design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that directly support customer experience transformation. Working closely with architects, engagement managers, and technical teams, you will ensure successful implementation and adoption of complex systems. This is a highly client-facing role where technical depth and problem-solving meet strategic delivery impact.
In this role, you will lead technical implementation and delivery of cloud contact center solutions, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with customer goals across the entire project lifecycle. You will:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and go-live
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Amazon Connect and related AWS services used in contact center solutions
- Design and document technical architectures, producing detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs) aligned with business requirements
- Configure and deploy services within AWS environments, including tools such as Lambda, CloudFormation, Lex, DynamoDB, Kinesis, IAM, and S3
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, engagement managers, and technical teams throughout implementation and testing phases
- Deliver technical training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure client self-sufficiency post-implementation
- Provide ongoing communication and status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across project milestones
- Support automation and integration efforts to enhance efficiency, scalability, and system performance
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on technical experience in cloud contact center environments, combined with consulting and client-facing delivery expertise. You should have:
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting, implementation, or support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (required)
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, migrating, or deploying AWS-based cloud solutions
- Practical knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Kinesis, and IAM
- Experience building integrations across contact center or communication platforms
- Strong programming and scripting skills, particularly in Python and AWS Lambda environments
- Experience with automation of deployments and improving solution efficiency
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable architectures
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving and delivery ownership
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $137,000 – $205,000 (based on experience and location)
