Compensation:$125,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with discretion and professionalism.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and investing processes in luxury real estate, providing expert advice and support at every step.
- Utilize specialized training and proven systems to navigate complex, high-end real estate transactions with confidence and precision.
- Build and expand a powerful network within the sports, entertainment, and luxury real estate communities to enhance business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and industry professionals to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional service.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values in the luxury real estate sector to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with mentors and peers to continuously improve skills and knowledge, fostering personal and professional growth in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License required
- Experience in luxury real estate sales, with a focus on high-profile clients.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with athletes, entertainers, and other high-profile individuals.
- Proven track record of guiding clients through complex real estate transactions with professionalism and discretion.
