Key Responsibilities:

- Mow, edge, and trim greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to ensure optimal playing conditions

- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations

- Maintain and operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and aerators

- Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules

- Repair and maintain course features including bunkers, greens, and pathways

- Assist with course setup for tournaments and special events

- Perform routine inspections and report any course issues or hazards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred

- Knowledge of turf management practices and horticultural techniques

- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and irrigation equipment

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
