We are hiring a Social Media Manager Virtual Assistant to support a real-estate related company in California. This role focuses on creating and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, and the client’s website, keeping the brand consistent, and supporting lead generation efforts.

You will work remotely on a flexible schedule that follows Pacific Standard Time (PST). This is a on-going role, part-time role at 47 hours per month (around 10–12 hours per week).

What You’ll Do

You will help plan, create, and manage content that reflects a luxury, design-forward brand. Your work will support the client’s goal of making real estate agents’ lives easier through polished staging and strong online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and build a weekly and monthly content calendar for Instagram and Facebook
  • Create and schedule social media content using Canva and Meta Business Suite
  • Write captions that match a design-forward, luxury brand voice
  • Select hashtags and coordinate visuals to maintain a consistent look and feel
  • Track performance metrics and prepare clear monthly reports
  • Support lead generation through Facebook campaign assistance and content optimization
  • Coordinate with the BeeHub team and the client for approvals, edits, and posting schedules

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong English communication skills (writing and comprehension).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting businesses in real estate, interior design, or luxury services.
  • Experienced in running or assisting with Facebook ads/campaigns.
  • Familiarity with website content updates (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
  • Basic Reels editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
