The Role

A Project Coordinator supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring resource availability, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist project managers in planning and executing projects by managing schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and progress.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary resources are available for project execution, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting minutes and action items to keep the project on track.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects stay within scope and budget.
  • The Project Coordinator will work alongside a cross-functional engineering team to ensure successful execution of projects, transition to manufacturing of critical products, such as Lithium-Ion batteries, chargers, and accessories.
  • Good communication and customer management skills
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Engineering major preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of project experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
  • Experience working on project teams as lead engineer or in a coordination role
  • Ability to work effectively with team members under limited supervision to meet challenging schedule, technical, and cost objectives
  • Strong understanding of process, mechanical and electrical projects
  • Excellent communication skills required
