Competitive Compensation with Bonus Opportunities – We offer total compensation ranging from $98,000–$120,000, with additional earning potential through performance-based bonuses.
Ongoing Clinical Development – Continue growing your expertise with $1,500 in annual CEU reimbursement plus 2 paid CEU days each year to support your professional goals.

Reduced Caseload Structure – As a Clinical Director, your leadership matters. Maintain a focused caseload of approximately 2–3 comprehensive clients, allowing time to effectively oversee clinic operations and team performance.

- Masters Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
- 3+ years of experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst – preferably in a clinic setting.
- State license, as required
- Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
- Passion for building, growth and innovation
- Provide clear, consistent leadership that sets the tone for clinical excellence, accountability, and team engagement
- Coach, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs to strengthen performance and support long-term growth
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, strong productivity, and high-quality care delivery
- Maintain and uphold Bloomwell’s clinical standards by driving consistency, compliance, and best practices across your team
- Build a positive, inclusive culture that promotes collaboration, belonging, and strong team morale
- Monitor key performance metrics and make strategic decisions to improve clinical outcomes and operational success
- Partner with families and stakeholders to ensure exceptional patient experiences and meaningful progress
- Lead by example—demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
