About the Role

EPIC Health is seeking an experienced Integration & Transition Working Manager to lead acquisition integrations from our Michigan headquarters.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll design, enforce, and execute the EPIC acquisition integration framework, directly managing integrations in Michigan while mentoring Integration Transition Specialists in other states. You’ll ensure each acquisition moves from due diligence to full operational alignment efficiently, consistently, and with minimal disruption.

What You’ll DoLead Acquisition Integration Strategy
  • Develop and maintain master acquisition Gantt timelines

  • Define integration milestones, sequencing, and key deliverables

  • Ensure strict adherence to EPIC standards

  • Identify risks and escalate proactively

Oversee Multi-State Integration Execution
  • Manage and mentor Integration Transition Specialists in other states

  • Standardize integration tools, playbooks, and reporting practices

  • Conduct recurring integration review meetings

  • Ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations

Coordinate Shared Services (MSO)
  • Partner with billing, HR, IT, finance, compliance, and marketing

  • Ensure shared services deliverables align with acquisition milestones

  • Prevent cross-functional misalignment and operational delays

Step In When Needed
  • Serve as temporary Operations Lead during high-risk transitions

  • Stabilize workflows, revenue cycles, and operational processes

  • Support leadership onboarding and handoffs

Improve & Scale the Model
  • Develop integration SOPs and operational playbooks

  • Refine transition workflows after each acquisition

  • Build scalable, repeatable systems for future integrations

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of healthcare operations experience

  • Experience managing multi-site or acquisition integrations

  • Strong project management skills, including Gantt-based planning

  • Deep understanding of MSO/shared services environments

  • Proven ability to lead teams across multiple states

  • Willingness to travel as required
