This is more than a service role—it’s an opportunity to build technical expertise, work with advanced equipment, and play a key role in keeping our customers up and running.

Accurately log service activity, parts usage, and updates to keep internal teams and customers informed. - Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety protocols and ensure every installation and repair meets company and industry standards.
- Technical Experience
Background in service, maintenance, or repair—mechanical, electrical, or a combination of both (car wash or similar equipment experience is a plus). - Strong Troubleshooting Skills
Ability to think critically, diagnose issues, and take initiative to resolve problems in the field. - Mechanical Aptitude
Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and systems in a hands-on environment. - Blueprint & Schematic Reading
Ability to read and interpret diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation. - Physical Capability
Able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments and conditions. - Driver Requirements

Professional, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.
You’re not just fixing equipment—you’re keeping businesses running. Your work directly impacts our customers’ success, uptime, and experience. If you enjoy working independently, solving real-world problems, and continuously learning, this role offers strong long-term growth.
