Protestant Religious Education Director/Youth Minister in Colorado Springs, Colorado at Ladgov Corporation

Location: United States Air Force Academy, CO
Position: Part-time

Duties:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive Protestant religious education program, including Sunday school, youth group activities, and special events for children and youth.
• Collaborate with the Protestant Chaplain and chapel staff to coordinate programs, recruit and train volunteers, and organize retreats and mission trips.
• Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, maintaining program records, and preparing promotional materials for events and activities.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent experience in religious education or youth ministry, with a letter of good standing from a Protestant church official.
• Experience in Protestant religious education or youth ministry, with a solid understanding of Protestant theology and practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to engage effectively with youth, families, and volunteers.
