As an Electrical Designer - Level 1-2, you will play a key role in designing and coordinating electrical power and lighting systems within 3D architectural models, leveraging your skills in Autodesk Revit. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to grow and develop expertise in power distribution, lighting layouts, and low-voltage systems. Initially, you will focus on implementing markups while gaining hands-on experience in system design, model coordination, and electrical circuiting. With opportunities to work closely with architectural and structural models, this position provides a pathway for advancement into a full electrical design role. Essential Duties
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit – Strong experience with Revit, including familiarity with electrical power distribution, lighting layouts, and circuiting. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
Team Collaboration – Must be a motivated and hardworking individual who communicates effectively with team members.
3D Modeling and Design – Initially responsible for implementing markups, with the primary focus on learning to design electrical power and lighting systems within 3D architectural models.
Model Coordination – Work collaboratively with linked architectural and structural models to accurately model and eventually size electrical systems.
Growth Opportunities – Opportunity to advance into a full electrical design role based on interest and skill development. Experience with power, lighting, and low-voltage systems is highly valued.
Contractor Experience – Experience working in a contractor's office is a plus.
Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred, but not required
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
