Job Description

Summary This role exists to create strategic development plans for The Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi (CRC) and leads a team for donor presentations and fundraising at the national and community levels, all in coordination with the CRC Territorial Finance Officer, the Regnum Christi Federation (RCF) Administration and the Legion of Christ (LOC) Development Office. Responsibilities • Develop an annual fundraising plan and strategy for the CRC. • Oversee the implementation and execution of the CRC fundraising plan and strategy regarding its fundraising programs, campaigns, and appeals. This includes our ‘Annual Appeal', donor events, targeted campaigns, major donor, and capital gifts. It also includes our Scholarship appeals, mailings (both postal as well as digital), and social media. • Manage part time employees on the CRC team for donor cultivation and satisfaction. Oversee thank you letters and/or phone calls, caretaker, restrictions, preferences, channeling legacy, and gifts. Perform data administration and management. Maintain and manage the donor database in Bonterra and in Salesforce. • Coordinate and align efforts synergistically with other development officers/coordinators both territorially and in the localities for Regnum Christi (RC) and the Legion of Christ, to foster collaboration. • Participate in all planning and reporting meetings with the Legion of Christ's Development Office. • Attend the Regnum Christi Mission Support Team (MST) meetings as requested, and once a month, attend an MST huddle to provide updates and foster collaboration. • Oversee/manage/collaborate with CRC, LOC, and RC communications teams to provide marketing and communication support and develop and print materials.

Skills and Experience • Education: BA or BS in a related field or commensurate experience • 5 years of experience in nonprofit development • Leadership experience • Experience in creating an organization's vision and strategy
