Fundraising & Donor Relations Coordinator in Muncie, Indiana at Hillcroft Services Inc

• Coordinate fundraising campaigns, annual appeals, and special events.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Support sponsorship, grant, and in-kind giving opportunities.
• Prepare donor communications, acknowledgments, and fundraising materials.
• Maintain accurate donor records and provide progress updates to leadership.

• 2+ years of fundraising, development, donor relations, event planning, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build relationships and represent Hillcroft professionally in the community.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
