Essential Competencies:

· Ability to work with children ages 6 week to 12 years old/Will be assigned a classroom for the first 6 weeks of employment as a way to demonstrate competencies.

• Experience in Behavior Management
• Behavioral Plans

· Passionate about customer service and success of others

· Uphold the standards of our company by keeping our students safe, educated, and making their experience enjoyable every day

· Ability to speak the brand, take incoming calls and be a team player

Required Qualifications:

· Background in Behavior Management/Discipline & Guidance/Behavior Plans

· Completed background check & fingerprinting (done after hiring)

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior Specialist or Teaching or equivalent

· Master’s Degree optional

· Early Learning Teaching credentials
