The Showing Agent is responsible for conducting property showings and providing an excellent client experience during tours. This role supports the leasing process by coordinating appointments, presenting properties professionally, and communicating client feedback to the lead agent or property management team.

• Conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
• Provide detailed property information and highlight key features during tours.
• Ensure properties are clean, secure, and ready for viewing.
• Collect and relay client feedback to the leasing team.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Assist with open houses, marketing materials, and lockbox management as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in property management
• Intention to obtain Property Manager license (or currently enrolled Property Management)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• Previous experience in property management or admin support is an asset but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Starting wage of $18/hour with growth opportunities
