Were looking for an innovative, forwardthinking Inventory Manager to lead our inventory team and elevate our operations. This role is ideal for a buildersomeone who creates scalable processes, improves existing systems, and drives the department to the next level!

What You'll Do:

Lead, develop, and inspire the inventory control team.
Build and improve inventory processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution.
Analyze data to forecast needs, reduce surplus, and optimize inventory levels.
Drive continuous improvement and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the department.
Partner with procurement, production, logistics, and product groups to support operational goals.
Own key metrics such as inventory accuracy, turnover, and carrying cost reductions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

What You Bring:

35 years of inventory or warehouse management experience.
Proven experience leading and developing teams.
A builder mindsetability to design new processes and drive meaningful change.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in inventory systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred) and Excel.
Detailoriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
