Hospital Representative at PATHS, LLC – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

DUTIES:

• Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance.
• Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance and possible other hospital state or federal programs, when applicable.
• Interviewing patients in a hospital or office setting to complete necessary forms.
• Verifying health insurances.
• Working with patients and/or family members, employers, banks and federal/state offices for additional information as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Train in our Cherry Hill, NJ office Monday-Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm for 6- 8 weeks. Mileage reimbursed for training.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish PLUS
• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to learn and work with multi-State Medicaid eligibility regulations (previous Medicaid experience a plus).
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required. Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required.

Work Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:30 and Rotating Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) 9:00 AM-1:00PM
