Senior Restaurant Team Member – Wunderbar & Restaurant

WunderBar & Restaurant is a small but vibrant 35-seater destination where Old European Tradition meets modern Tasmanian charm. We are located in West Hobart right by the business district.

We believe in tradition, exceptional food chaperoned by Wonderful wine and engaging and thoughtful service.

We’re looking for a Senior Restaurant Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day operation of the floor, lead by example, and help deliver outstanding service. You’ll bring hospitality expertise, a passion for people, and the ability to guide and motivate colleagues. As our Restaurant trades for Breakfast and Lunch 7 days a week, with Friday-Saturday Dinners (But expanding soon, hence why we want you! :) ), here will be flexibility in hours. The right candidate can expect ~30+ Hours and PPT Contract available.

Love or interest in French and European wines, and Barista knowledge is desirable.
