As an Entry-Level Talent Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment and employee engagement efforts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about people, with strong communication skills and an interest in learning the HR and A&E industry landscape.

Essential functions and responsibilities include:

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for architecture, engineering, and administrative roles through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparation of new hire materials and orientation coordination.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Help organize and support engagement initiatives such as career fairs, intern programs, and employee events.
  • Assist in creating job postings that reflect the firm’s culture and role requirements.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media posts and content creation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or relevant work/internship experience).
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS or HRIS software is a plus.
  • Interest in or familiarity with the architecture and engineering industry is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
