ABOUT THE POSITION

This position will assist with a range of marketing initiatives, including content creation, digital marketing, sales enablement, event coordination, and brand management. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Update content on the company website and social media platforms
• Support content creation, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and marketing collateral
• Help coordinate logistics for webinars, conferences, and trade shows
• Support tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and report findings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content development, list segmentation, and performance tracking
• Contribute to market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Assist with internal communications in a way that advances the brand and supports an innovative culture, including updating digital content, managing the company store and supporting company-wide activities
• Design compelling sales presentations (e.g., PowerPoint)

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Experience

Required: 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or professional services. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (or other slide app), with the ability to create compelling and visually appealing presentations

Preferred: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) or equivalent design tools. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
