Position Overview
Job Title: Warehouse Admin Clerk | Employment Type: Full-Time |

Reports To: Inventory Manager | Company: Rhino Container, LLC |
Location: Chino, CA Onsite, Mon-Friday |
Position Summary
Receiving Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and Finance by effectively inputting Receiving paperwork, marking packing slips, organizing and tracking documents. Working with Inventory and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect All Receiving documents daily and HIGH accurately input into ERP system.
- Reconcile Receipt discrepancies
- Handle Vendor Nonconformance Returns of Product
- Packing Slip review and shipping queue execution
- Printing Packing slips marking shipped in system
- Work with Procurement on stock levels
- Create Labels for upcoming incoming Purchase Orders.
- Maintain accurate records, shipping documentation, and inventory transactions.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Handle Transfers of Inventory Stock between sites
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable mode of Transportation and from Work.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record subject to review).
- Basic computer literacy, experience with inventory management software of ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High accuracy on reading SKU numbers
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, orders, and safety instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
