The Clinical Manager serves as a vital link between clinical oversight and operational leadership, guiding a multidisciplinary team—including Registered Dietitians, Nurse Practitioners, a Social Worker, and clinical support staff—in delivering specialized pediatric, perinatal, and medical nutrition therapy services. This role directs the daily operations of Operation Better Start, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for infants, children, adolescents, young adults, and women of childbearing age

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Experience:
-
5 years of RN clinical experience required.
-
Experience in pediatric/perinatal health is preferred.

Education:
-
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

Licensure & Certifications:
-
RN - Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts required.

• Pediatric & Clinical Expertise: Strong understanding of pediatric growth, development, specialized care needs, and infection control principles.
• Leadership & Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity, dependability, transparency, and a commitment to service excellence while serving as a positive role model.
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, physicians, and leadership; skilled in coaching teams, resolving conflict, and representing the organization in the community.
• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies (DCF, DPH, JC) and able to ensure adherence to standards.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong critical-thinking abilities with the capacity to interpret clinical data, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Technical & Operational Proficiency: Experienced with Electronic Health Records, Microsoft Office, budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining financial accountability.
• Staff Development: Skilled in performance evaluations, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting ongoing professional growth.
