This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced delivery leader to drive complex software development initiatives powered by Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee end-to-end project execution, and foster operational excellence while integrating AI-driven tools and automation into delivery processes. Working in a collaborative, remote-first environment, you'll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative digital solutions with measurable impact. • Lead medium- and high-complexity software development projects, leveraging AI agents and generative AI tools throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality standards, and delivery commitments to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating executive meetings, stakeholder communications, and strategic presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high delivery standards.
• Monitor project performance through agile metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery quality.
• Drive the adoption of AI technologies, intelligent automation, and best practices to optimize software delivery processes.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformation across projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing software delivery within technology consultancies, software development firms, or IT services organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple projects, programs, or agile squads simultaneously.
• Strong client relationship management skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms in professional environments.
• Understanding of AI agents, intelligent automation, and their application to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud computing, DevOps practices, and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
