We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and comfortable providing excellent customer service in a busy environment.

• Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and respond to internal and external inquiries as needed
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Respond to emails and general inquiries
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support staff with day-to-day office needs
• Communicate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
