Comfortable using hotel reservation and property management software. Ability to understand, remember, and follow directions accurately. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external guests. Ability to remain calm and professional with guests in high-stress situations and use patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger. Collect accurate information and take appropriate steps to resolve guest concerns. Able to stand for long periods during shifts. Availability to work weekends as scheduled.
