To receive calls from physicians' offices, enter appropriate information on the computer to obtain an appointment for the patient for test(s). To obtain necessary information so that pre-certification, medical necessity, and insurance verification can be obtained prior to patient arrival. To cross train with the pre-registrar and fill in. Coordinates procedures between the patient, physician, and the clinical department. Provides customer service and clerical support for the department. Performs other duties as assigned.
