Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experienced Collision Repair Estimator for our Sun City, Arizona location.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to write an estimate.

We're looking for someone who knows how to win the repair.

You know how to connect with customers, build confidence, explain the repair process, overcome objections, and turn an estimate into a scheduled job.

Once you've captured the repair, you know how to build a complete repair plan, manage supplements, work with insurance partners, communicate with production, and keep the vehicle moving toward delivery.

If you're already producing at a high level, your compensation should reflect it.

Up to 6% commission with the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually.

Compensation is based on experience, production, performance, and the applicable compensation plan.

We're looking for an estimator who wants to take ownership of their numbers — and be rewarded for the results.

As an Estimator, you'll play a major role in both the customer experience and the financial performance of the shop.

You'll be responsible for:

• Converting estimates and opportunities into scheduled repairs
• Building trust with customers from the first interaction
• Performing thorough vehicle inspections and damage analysis
• Writing complete and accurate repair plans
• Blueprinting vehicles and identifying hidden damage
• Preparing and managing supplements
• Communicating with insurance companies and adjusters
• Explaining repair procedures and recommendations to customers
• Providing consistent repair updates
• Working closely with technicians, painters, parts, and production
• Identifying delays and helping remove roadblocks
• Maintaining accurate documentation throughout the repair
• Driving closing ratio, sales, gross profit, cycle time, production, and customer satisfaction

Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.

Successful candidates should have experience with:

• Collision damage analysis
• Blueprinting and repair planning
• Customer sales and closing
• Converting estimates into repair orders
• Supplements and insurance negotiations
• DRP processes and insurance procedures
• OEM repair procedures
• CCC ONE or comparable estimating software
• Managing multiple repairs in a high-volume environment
• Gross profit and repair economics
• Closing ratios and sales performance
• Cycle time and production management
• Customer communication and follow-through

Progressive claims experience is a plus.

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.

A valid driver's license is preferred.
