Job Description
Location: Travel required between Hawaii Island Community Health Center (HICHC) West Locations, including Kealakekua, Kuakini, Kealakehe, and Waikoloa.
Salary Range:
- RN with Associate Degree: $83,198.53 - $116,851.00
- RN with Bachelor's Degree: $84,529.70 - $118,720.63
Compensation is based on education, experience, and skill set.
Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Nurse Manager, the RN Site Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of clinical operations, supervises nursing and support staff, coordinates patient care activities, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations.
Essential Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff.
- Coordinate communication and workflow between providers, clinical teams, and front office staff.
- Promote quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
- Manage clinical equipment, supplies, and vaccine program requirements.
- Address patient concerns and support exceptional customer service.
- Provide direct patient care, assessments, triage, medication administration, and patient education.
- Assist with staff training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Community health center and/or managed care experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
