Axon Medical Centers is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment specializing in personal injury and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Position Summary
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient-centered, and passionate about helping patients recover from injuries and regain mobility.
Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist
Document treatments accurately and timely within the EMR system
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure exceptional patient care
Assist in achieving clinic productivity and patient satisfaction goals
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Texas PTA License in good standing
CPR Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Personal injury, orthopedic, sports medicine, or outpatient experience preferred but not required
New graduates are encouraged to apply
