Sales Representative Leadership Development Track

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Representative – Leadership Development Track based in Canada.

This role is designed for a sales professional who wants more than individual performance and is actively looking to grow into leadership over time.
You will begin by mastering a structured sales process, engaging with prospective clients, and delivering tailored solutions in a virtual, remote-first environment.
The position offers a clear progression path where strong performance leads to increasing responsibility, including mentorship and team development opportunities.
You will work closely with a supportive team focused on coaching, continuous learning, and long-term career growth.
As you progress, you will transition from individual contributor responsibilities into leadership development activities and team support functions.

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct virtual sales meetings with prospective clients to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline, including follow-ups, tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance targets and key sales metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and consultative selling.
  • As performance progresses, support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
  • Assist in internal training sessions and contribute to improving sales processes and best practices.
  • Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as part of a structured development track.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-performance, goal-oriented sales environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Coachable attitude with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
