Our dedicated team is committed to conducting clinical trials that contribute to the development of groundbreaking treatments and improve patient outcomes. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Financial Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in the success of our studies.

Key Responsibilities:
    InvoicingReconciliation of all payments and charges for each studyApply payments for procedures/visits within the CTMS systemMaintain financial binders (CDAs, CTAs, Budgets, 1099s, and more)Work on contracts and budgets with management staffWork closely with team members to assist where neededQuality checks on confidential informationCommunicating with patients and/or sponsors dailyMaintaining email communications throughout the business dayWork on several portals at a time required by the sponsorsCollaborate with the Operations Manager, Coordinator and Primary Investigator to streamline financial processObtaining required signatures in a timely mannerBack-up to the Regulatory Specialist and work with them to ensure tasks are complete in a timely manner during their time away (printing, scanning, emailing, and more)Communicate financial information to staff, clients, or stakeholdersAssist in the development and implementation of financial policies and proceduresManage financial systems and databases, ensuring data integrityExperience in Clinical Conductor and/or Microsoft Office is a plus
Qualifications:
  • Experience in finance, accounting, business administration or related field is generally required. (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines is a plus.
