Sports Medicine Outreach and Business Growth Athletic Trainer

Looking for a top skilled Outreach Athletic Trainer

Work location: Various locations; primary service area is 4401 Park Springs Blvd - Suite 130 Arlington, TX 76017

Work environment: OutReach

Work hours: Full-Time; Rotating Schedule, includes nights and weekends

Department Highlights:

• Athletic Trainers receive annual stipend for continuing Education and Professional Development

Here's What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Bachelor's Degree (REQUIRED)

• LAT - Licensed Athletic Trainer certification upon hire (REQUIRED)

• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (REQUIRED)

What You Will Do:

• Provide on-site athletic training care and event coverage for schools and organizations in Arlington, Lancaster, and Southeast Dallas, including injury evaluation, emergency response, treatment, prevention, and return-to-play guidance
  • Support Sideline Orthopedics & Sports by connecting athletes and families to services, promoting the practice, coordinating care, and assisting with weekly injury clinics
  • Build relationships with athletic directors, coaches, and local athletic trainers to enhance community partnerships and care coordination

Track referral activity, maintain accurate data, and generate reports to support outreach growth and business development efforts
