This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor FullStack .NET/JavaScript/React/Sênior - Projeto Internacional based in Brazil.
This is a senior full-stack engineering role focused on building scalable, high-quality software solutions for international clients. You will work across the entire development lifecycle, from analysis and architecture to deployment and continuous improvement. The environment is highly collaborative, involving direct interaction with global teams and stakeholders. Strong autonomy, ownership, and communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery. The role combines frontend excellence in React with robust backend development in .NET, contributing to modern, distributed systems. You will also leverage modern engineering practices and AI tools to improve productivity and code quality. This is a dynamic, global-facing position designed for professionals who thrive in complex, high-impact projects.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end full-stack solutions in a global engineering environment, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across systems.
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions following modern engineering best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
- Build and evolve frontend applications using React with advanced component and state management techniques.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
- Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams, including product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly in an English-speaking environment.
- Apply modern tools, automation, and AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery efficiency.
You should have strong full-stack experience with modern web and backend technologies, combined with the ability to operate in global, distributed teams.
- Solid experience in modern software engineering practices in production environments.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in React, including Hooks, lifecycle management, and component architecture.
- Experience with Node.js for tooling, build processes, and lightweight services.
- Knowledge of Web Components (Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, Templates).
- Experience with Micro Frontends architecture (Module Federation, independent deployments).
- Strong backend development experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade services.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server (queries, procedures, views, functions, modeling).
- Familiarity with Storybook and UI component documentation practices.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in English on a daily basis (advanced level required).
- Strong communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
