• Lead advanced geoprocessing activities, including satellite image processing, land-use change detection, environmental monitoring, predictive analysis, and spatial data modeling.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and/or R to improve workflows and integrate GIS solutions with cloud-based platforms.
• Serve as a technical reference for the team by supporting junior and mid-level analysts, contributing to methodology development, and ensuring the quality and consistency of project deliverables.
• Produce technical reports, analyses, and executive presentations that translate complex geospatial data into actionable insights for project stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate new geospatial technologies and best practices to enhance project efficiency, innovation, and technical excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Cartographic Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Geoprocessing, or a related field (postgraduate studies are considered a plus).
• Solid professional experience with geospatial projects, remote sensing, and advanced GIS analysis.
• Strong proficiency with GIS software such as QGIS or similar platforms, including cartography and satellite image classification.
• Advanced knowledge of Brazilian biomes and their environmental and socioeconomic dynamics.
• Intermediate English proficiency and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Experience with Google Earth Engine (GEE), SQL, PostGIS, Python, R, or Machine Learning is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical autonomy, problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaboration, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
