About the position:

Counselors provide direct clinical care to clients of the Behavioral Health Department both at Serenity House Treatment Center and at the Intake office location. This position must have a detailed understanding of the 12-steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and be able to work with a wide range of clients experiencing chemical dependency issues. Counselors provide individual, group and family therapy completing all required documentation.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in a mental health field.
• Specific alcoholism/drug counseling training with internship.
• 2 years if chemical dependency treatment experience.
• 2 years in a specialty mental health practice may be substituted for experience in chemical dependency treatment setting.
• BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association.

CPH offers competitive pay and benefits including health insurance, retirement, paid time off, relocation assistance and many more! Starting pay is $33.264/hr. - $39.600/hr. depending on experience. Additional compensation is also available for night and weekend shifts.
