Job Description

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is Looking for a Maintenance Manager for its plant in St. Louis, Missouri!

What will you do?
  • Lead, coordinate, and support the Technical Team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiency.
  • Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and utilities, minimizing production disruptions and maximizing equipment uptime.
  • Ensure machinery, equipment, and utilities comply with material, functional, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage external suppliers and consultants, selecting the best solutions and supervising service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, HSE regulations, and workplace hygiene standards, maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve major technical and quality issues.
  • Ensure availability of critical spare parts, monitor consumption trends, and optimize inventory replenishment.
  • Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports, maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and records.

What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience as Head of Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or Injection Molding).
  • Strong applied knowledge of WCM principles, HSE standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts.
