Job Description
TruBlue Northeast Atlanta | Full-Time, On-Site (Peachtree Corners, GA)
About UsTruBlue Northeast Atlanta is a growing premium Home Repair and Handyman Services company. Our mission is to provide peace of mind to busy adults and seniors by helping them protect, maintain, and safely enjoy their homes. We are committed to doing things the right way—with integrity, professionalism, and pride in our craftsmanship. As we grow, we are looking for team members who share our passion for serving others and building something exceptional.
The OpportunityWe're looking for a bright, digitally savvy, and highly adaptable Office Manager to help build and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Peachtree Corners office. You don't need experience in the home services industry (though it would be a plus) - we value intelligence, initiative, coachability, and an exceptional work ethic far more than the industry experience.
This isn't a typical administrative role. You'll work directly with company leadership, gain exposure to nearly every aspect of the business, and take on increasing responsibility as we grow. We're looking for someone who isn't just searching for their next job - we're looking for someone eager to build a career, take on increasing responsibility, and help shape a growing company while developing into a key leader. If you're an ambitious early-career professional who is excited by that opportunity, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Be the first impression of our company. Build trust with customers and prospects through prompt, professional, and friendly communication via phone, text, and email.
- Strengthen Our Digital Presence: Manage our local social media channels (Facebook, Nextdoor, and others), keep our website content current, and coordinate the creation and distribution of local marketing materials.
- Own Scheduling & Office Coordination: Build efficient daily schedules for our technicians, coordinate appointments based on team availability, and organize meetings for our home estimators.
- Keep the Business Running Smoothly: Serve as the communication hub between customers, field staff, and leadership. Assist with preparing preliminary job estimates, researching materials and pricing, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
- Improve the Way We Work: As our company grows, you’ll identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and help build a world-class office operation.
- You’re energized by responsibility. You enjoy taking ownership, figuring things out, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- You’re entrepreneurial. You enjoy working in a growing business where your ideas matter. Rather than saying, “That’s not my job,” you’re excited to jump in, solve problems, and help build something exceptional.
- You’re highly coachable. You welcome feedback, learn quickly, and are excited to understand how a growing business operates behind the scenes.
- You’re a calm, resourceful problem solver. Last-minute schedule changes, technician call-offs, and demanding customers don’t rattle you—you stay composed and find solutions.
- You’re digitally savvy. You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and cloud-based business software, and you quickly learn new technology.
- You communicate exceptionally well. Whether you’re speaking with customers, coordinating with technicians, or supporting leadership, you’re professional, clear, and personable.
- You care about getting the details right. You’re organized, dependable, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail. You take pride in getting the small things right.
- Previous sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for a daily commute to our Peachtree Corners office.
- Base Salary: $45,000
- Target Total Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000+ in Year 1 based on performance.
- Performance Bonuses: In addition to base salary, this role includes a performance bonus program designed to reward measurable business growth. Rather than imposing arbitrary metrics on day one, we'll work together during your first 30-90 days to develop a bonus plan that is fair, measurable, and aligned with both company objectives and your success.
- Work Environment: After a one-to-two-week training period, you’ll work independently from a professional co-working space in Peachtree Corners while we prepare our permanent office. Although you’ll have plenty of autonomy, you won’t be on an island - members of our leadership and field teams will regularly stop by throughout the week for collaboration, training, and support. We expect to transition into our permanent office in approximately six to nine months, where you’ll work alongside the broader team. We believe in treating our employees well, investing in their success, and fostering a supportive, team-oriented culture.
To help us identify candidates who are genuinely interested in this opportunity, please include the following with your application:
- Your resume.
- A brief note (150 - 300 words) explaining why you’re the right person to lead our Peachtree Corners office.
- A link to a website, social media account, digital marketing campaign, online advertisement, email campaign, blog, video, graphic, or other digital content you’ve created, managed, or played a significant role in (personal or professional). Please briefly describe your role in the project.
