This role is an opportunity to support critical HR technology systems and help ensure a seamless experience for internal users.
You will provide hands-on support for HR systems, investigate technical issues, and drive timely and effective resolutions.
The position combines system troubleshooting, data quality management, audits, data conversion, and process improvement.

- Provide responsive and effective end-user support for HR systems through a structured ticketing process, investigating technical inquiries and driving them through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot HR system issues, conduct detailed research, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Perform regular audits and data-quality checks to maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of information within HR systems.
- Support data conversion activities, including mass data loads, while ensuring information is transferred accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal partners to resolve issues, coordinate activities, and contribute to successful project outcomes.
- Analyze recurring system and operational challenges and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and improve the internal user experience.
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of system or process changes within HR technology environments.
- Review, maintain, and update work instructions and process documentation to ensure they accurately reflect current systems, workflows, and standards.
- Prioritize tickets, audits, projects, and other responsibilities effectively while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service.
- Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Take ownership of assigned work, follow through on commitments, acknowledge mistakes constructively, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with team members to strengthen support processes and promote effective problem-solving practices.
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, HR technology, or a similar role.
- Previous experience supporting and troubleshooting HR systems is preferred, particularly in an environment involving enterprise HR platforms.
- Experience with data conversion, mass data loads, or other HR data management activities is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate complex issues, identify practical solutions, and implement resolutions effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, quality, and process consistency.
- Strong customer-service orientation, with the ability to understand user needs and communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with team members, cross-functional partners, and business stakeholders.
